What is Body-Health Fitness Camp?
Body-Health Fitness Camp is a friendly results driven group training program with an extremely individual personal touch. We work with like minding people that want to burn off their body fat whilst gaining strength, fitness and better movement into their everyday lives. All whilst having fun at our constantly varied fitness camp. Most importantly to us, ALL fitness levels are welcome. We will make it work for YOU! Thats a promise.

Our 3 step system
We believe that coaching our clients through our simple 3 step system creates the foundations for sustained healthy living.
These are:
1. Training, we train you 3 times per week.
2. Nutrition, we teach you how to eat healthy with our amazing healthy eating recipe book (no FAD diets here).
3. Motivation, mindset, support. Full support and guidance from your personal trainer 24/7.
